K Squared Construction designs and builds Sacramento remodels the way they should be done — every decision made before demolition day.
Walk Your Plans Sacramento proudly partners with K Squared Construction.
Walk Your Plans is a life-size blueprint projection studio that allows you to physically walk your space before building.
Instead of trying to interpret scale from paper, you experience your home at full size, in real size, before construction begins.
This helps you:
Experience your new layout at full scale during pre-construction — before anything is committed to in the field
Reduce costly suprises and reconfigurations.
Test spatial proportions, furniture placement and flow before everything is finalized.
Arrive at demo day confident in every decision you’ve already made
K Squared Construction is a Sacramento design-build firm founded by Rusty Krouse, a licensed general contractor, and Brenna Krouse, a licensed interior designer.
Since 2006, they've designed and built kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, ADUs, and custom homes across Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties — with work featured on HGTV and DIY Network. Their pre-construction process is built around one principle: build the project on paper first, so nothing has to be decided in a hurry once the walls are open.
K Squared's pre-construction approach already puts every decision on paper before a shovel moves. Walking plans at full scale at Walk Your Plans adds one more layer of confidence — letting clients physically experience what they're approving before construction begins, so the space they imagined is exactly the space that gets built.
Design with certainty. Build without surprises.
